Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a booking then please call us on 01429 855800 to do so. If a booking is cancelled before noon the day before arrival then there will be no charge, and where applicable any pre payment will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled after noon on the day before arrival then the first nights stay will be charged.
Noise Disturbance
The Hillcarter Hotel is situated in a central town centre location and is surrounded by late night bars and also operates 2 nightclubs which are open until 4am on Friday and Saturday evenings, from which noise disturbance will be heard until approx 5am. ALL WEEKEND BOOKINGS ARE MADE WITH THIS IN MIND.
